Standard Job Description You will be the Pilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Pilot Vehicle Interface (PVI) design engineer to serve in the Pilot Systems Engineering (PSE) group on the F-35 team specializing in 5th Generation and Advanced Development Programs (ADP). Description SAIC is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) with a strong background in front-end training analysis, training needs assessment (TNA), and curriculum design of high-impact learning solutions for complex technical systems. This is a remote position supporting our TenCAP HOPE program, with some travel to AF bases. The ideal candidate excels at collecting, analyzing, and interpreting training analysis data, conducting root cause analysis and developing high-level design strategies for instructionally sound learning experiences. They must be comfortable collaborating with engineers, program managers, and subject-matter experts in fast-paced development environments.
