Description: We are seeking an Integrated Program Planning Sr Team Member for the Enterprise Operations team, responsible for Program Planning on the 1LMX Program inclusive of cross Enterprise project management coordination. This high impact team member provides planning/scheduling support across the enterprise program planning teams for the 1LMX Program. The person administers the schedule baseline in OpenPlan. The role collaborates with all 1LMX Product Planners to provide overall program support and analysis and utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Description: We are Lockheed Martin First line manager within the Test Operations (Test Ops) Department, motivated to inspire, develop, encourage and support the Flight Test Control Engineer (FTCE) team in pursuit of F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) flight test activities at NAS PAX River, MD.
