Standard Job Description The 2nd Shift Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager position is located in Greenville, South Carolina and assists in managing more than one functional area of manufacturing. Final Assembly and Check Out (FACO) is the final production area and is responsible to complete the manufacturing of the Block 70 F-16 and making a fully functioning aircraft with operational systems. FACO delivers aircraft to the paint operations and/or flight operations teams. Together these three teams make up the three parts of the Final Assembly And Flight Operations (FAAFO) Team. Standard Job Description Makes work assignments for assigned personnel to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and components, primarily F-16. Responsible for aircraft work document reviews for accuracy and completeness, prior to final submission to quality. Provides technical assistance and direction to assigned personnel using technical data and drawings. Coordinate cross functional logistics requirements to acquire material and parts to complete assigned work. Executes hands-on maintenance or modification work as required to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
