Description: WHAT WE'RE DOING The RMS-Rotary SIOP organization is driving strategic planning excellence by delivering real-time visibility into our company’s long-range business posture. Using advanced simulations, we proactively identify risks and opportunities to support decision-making and ensure sustained success. THE WORK As a SIOP Demand Management Analyst for the Global Commercial Military Systems (GCMS) line of business, you will own the end to end demand planning process for production, sustainment, and ad hoc programs. Working closely with Program, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance partners, you will develop and maintain lifecycle forecasts, align demand inputs with SIOP governance, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure that every demand plan is complete, realistic, and risk aware.
