Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide CONUS-based program operations and international mobility support for the U.S. Navy's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) C4I modernization program supporting the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). This role is the rear-echelon lifeline for a 30-person OCONUS workforce: coordinating deployments, international assignments, housing, travel, and administrative reporting that keep engineers and managers productive on-site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Operations Specialist II works closely with the Program Manager, the SAIC Talent Acquisition team, Global Mobility, Security, and Contracts to onboard new hires, renew credentials, manage international assignment agreements, and produce timely administrative deliverables to the customer.
