Description SAIC is seeking an Army Training Developer and Trainer with experience in DoD air defense Command and Control (C2) Systems , operations, fielding, training and systems integration to support our Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team in Huntsville, AL. The Army Training Developer/Trainer will be responsible but not limited to the following: Become fully trained on the IBCS Major End Items (MEI) Begin planning for New Equipment Training (NET) at the onset of program initiation Plan for Delta-NET at the onset of program initiation Conduct training to Field Service Experts (FSE) to ensure they can fully support the units they are assigned to Employ the most cost-effective and feasible training strategy to conduct NET Include in NET, training on the training support components provided at NET that enable unit leaders to sustain operator and maintainer proficiency on the new/improved equipment after...
