QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Cost Analyst tojoin our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our customer, Project Manager Expeditionary Energy & Sustainment Systems (PM E2S2) . Duties: Provide cost analysis and estimating support in developing cost models for estimating program resource requirements with a focus on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development. Prepare recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, resource requirements, and overall program plans to include DoD mandated documents such as the Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD), Program Office Estimates (POE), and Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) and Analysis of Alternatives. Provide subject matter expertise in developing and maintaining Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) cost models and files.
