Description: You will be the Quality Analyst for the Archbald Quality team. Our team is responsible for supporting multiple programs across CCA, Electro/Mechanical Assembly, Cable/Harness, and Supplier Quality. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality across assigned programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Perform quality inspections and audits on components and assemblies. Identify and document nonconformances, drive root cause analysis. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal teams. Support CCA, Electro/Mechanical Assembly, Cable/Harness, and Supplier Quality initiatives. Basic Qualifications Associate’s degree in related discipline or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
