Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide CONUS-based program operations and international mobility support for the U.S. Navy's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) C4I modernization program supporting the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). This role is the rear-echelon lifeline for a 30-person OCONUS workforce: coordinating deployments, international assignments, housing, travel, and administrative reporting that keep engineers and managers productive on-site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
