Description SAIC is recruiting for a Junior Scientific Technician for one of our programs supporting the FDA. SAIC supports the FDA and their scientists in Scientific Computing which includes but is not limited to; technical, laboratory, and research aspects. Independent, motivated individuals with strong communication and organizational skills for documenting processes, procedures, and briefing reports are desired. Familiarity with laboratory research, computational biology, data analysis, or bioinformatics is a plus. The Medusa System of Systems is the U.S. Air Force's solution for defense against small unmanned aerial systems (s-UAS) utilizing a government-owned Medusa Command and Control (Medusa C2), which allows for a plug-and-play selection of Passive and Active Sensors, Electronic and Kinetic Weapon Systems, as well as the insertion of a variety of Fusion, Association, Threat and Combat ID Algorithms.
