Description PROGRAM OVERVIEW: This position supports a large-scale, multi-year federal cloud services program delivering enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and managed services. The program encompasses multiple service level agreements supporting mission-critical federal systems with emphasis on cloud modernization, infrastructure optimization, and operational excellence. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the timely execution of contract deliveries, revenue and profit achievement for the program. Manage large-scale federal IT services contract budget with full P&L accountability, ensuring margin and profitability targets are achieved across multiple Service Level Agreements. Responsible for managing the client relationship with federal agency IT leadership, component stakeholders, and Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), achieving high levels of client satisfaction across the enterprise.
