Description SAIC is currently seeking Field Service Experts (FSE) to support SAIC's Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Team. Primary duty location is onsite at the Fort Sill, Lawton Oklahoma - which requires 4 months' onsite training in Huntsville, Alabama. Description This role is 75% travel and remote when not traveling. Responsibilities: Support system adaptation activities, including data configuration, site-specific customization and integration. Analyze and modify XML files used for system configuration and data exchange. Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware systems at FAA facilities. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration records and site reports. Work closely with engineers, technicians and FAA stakeholders to ensure timely support.
