Description SAIC is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Hanahan, SC. The Mechanical Engineer Will: Develop static and dynamic design and analysis of mechanical systems, equipment and packages Review performance specifications and continuously track all metrics to ensure prototype designs and systems are in accordance with the customer's needs and requirements Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs Utilizes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Software to ensure designs meet all anticipated load and vibration profiles Direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication Provide design information to drafting for packaging documentation.
