Arrow Digital is seeking a seasoned Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to help guide and elevate Arrow Electronics’ online presence. In this role, you'll help drive the UX strategy, spearhead research initiatives, design innovative solutions, and champion experimentation to enhance user experiences. As a senior member of the team, you'll mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future direction of our product through your expertise in UX design.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Define and execute the UX strategy to align with Arrow's product vision and business objectives.
Lead research efforts, employing diverse methodologies to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
Conceptualize and deliver cutting-edge design solutions, pushing the boundaries of creativity and usability.
Tackle complex design challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and crafting elegant solutions.
Make strategic decisions regarding UX design, prioritizing features, and driving product enhancements.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their growth and development.
Champion a culture of experimentation, leveraging user testing and A/B testing to validate design hypotheses and drive iterative improvements.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and advocating for innovative approaches to UX design.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a track record of designing impactful solutions.
Mastery of UX design tools such as Figma and possess a solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling user experiences.
Deep understanding of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and emerging trends in the field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a shared vision.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering impactful user experiences that drive business success.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home
