Role Overview:

The CCoE MS License Specialist is a key commercial role within the Cloud Center of Excellence, responsible for driving Microsoft Open License and Perpetual License revenue across the partner ecosystem in the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted commercial interface between partners, vendors, and internal teams — supporting the full sales lifecycle from quoting through to order placement.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive Microsoft Open License and Open Value sales through partner engagement, quoting, and deal support.

  • Manage the pipeline for new, renewal, and expansion opportunities.

  • Advise partners on Microsoft licensing options across Open License, Open Value, and CSP.

  • Prepare and exchange quotations and place orders in Microsoft's tools.

  • Support partner sales teams with pricing, deal registration, and promotions.

  • Collaborate with Microsoft, CCoE specialists, and ArrowSphere to close deals.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM records, and reporting.

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the Microsoft portfolio.

  • Cover assigned EMEA markets, including Switzerland and Nordic countries.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, partner management, or a similar commercial role.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – any other European language would be a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging partners, customers, or internal stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working with quoting processes, pricing tools, and order management systems.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, including Open License, Open Value, CSP, and associated programmes.

  • Experience working in a distributor, reseller, or vendor environment.
