ABOUT THE ROLE
The Supplier Manager is responsible for managing and developing supplier relationships within Arrow Global Supply Chain Services (AGSCS) programs. This role acts as the single point of contact for assigned suppliers, ensuring successful onboarding, operational execution, and ongoing supplier engagement. The position supports internal stakeholders, drives supplier‑related projects, and contributes to business growth through collaboration with sales and cross‑functional teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT ARROW
Serving as the single point of contact and owning supplier relationships for programs within Arrow Global Supply Chain Services (AGSCS)
Onboarding new suppliers into AGSCS programs and ensuring smooth integration into operational processes
Handling legal entity changes and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
Supporting internal sales teams in the pre‑sales process for new clients by providing supplier insights and alignment
Acting as the internal escalation point for supplier‑related issues and ensuring timely resolution
Managing supplier‑related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery to defined timelines and outcomes
Leading project calls, assigning tasks, and coordinating activities across stakeholders
Driving stakeholder management activities, maintaining open communication, and providing updates on risks and progress
Creating and maintaining project‑related process documentation to ensure consistency and scalability
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in a similar position within an electronics supplier or distribution environment
Previous experience in product management, asset management, supplier management, project management, or sales‑related roles
Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong, positive relationships
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a structured approach to work
Reliable, accountable, and able to follow through on commitments
Self‑motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to approach challenges from new perspectives
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Knowledge of best practices and ability to apply business insight to improve processes, services, or products
