What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manages between 100-200 mid and mass market accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts. Handles renewals, relationship development, and upsells, leveraging solutions, services, and new offerings. Supports assigned client base and responds timely to customer inquiries and promptly follow-ups on customer related issues.

  • Proactively consults and provides renewal and growth quotes to customers to understand their requirements and ensures orders are properly processed. Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned renewal rate and growth targets. Tracks at risk, non-renewal, pending, and lost renewals including reasons for cancellation.

  • Clearly understands all product offering, subscription and renewal licensing models. Creates selling opportunities within assigned customers through a sales plan and process. Develops an understanding of the customer’s needs and the customer’s decision-making hierarchy to proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Conducts calls to develop new revenue streams with existing customers by using cases and ability to communicate solution values of products and services. Executes on solutions selling through knowledge  offerings. Grows profit and maximizes margins by selling value-added, long-term solutions.

  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to share, develop and build global market intelligence including information related to customers, market trends, supply and demand.

  • Conducts quarterly business review visits with at least 75% of accounts in their renewal year. Travel required 50% of the time

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

  • Microsoft Suite experience required (strong excel experience and familiarity with VLOOKUPS and pivot tables)

  • Experience with Salesforce and selling software strongly preferred

  • Experience with cross selling/upselling and renewals required

  • This position is a 70/30 split, the commission is included in the compensation posted

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$84,300.00 - $100,101.98

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
