Within ArrowSphere (around 200 employees), the Product Team is responsible for successfully managing the evolution of our cloud commerce platform. At the heart of this team, the UX/UI Design team crafts intuitive, consistent, and high-performing user experiences across all our platforms, working hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
ArrowSphere helps channel partners manage, differentiate, and scale their cloud business. Our marketplace includes all major hyperscalers as well as public and private IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and cloud software offerings. The platform provides end‑to‑end cloud lifecycle management with features such as automated provisioning, billing integration, reporting, predictive analytics, and customizable storefronts.
As a Web Analyst – UX & Performance, you will be the data pillar of the UX/UI Design team. You will ensure the reliability of our analytics infrastructure, deliver actionable insights that directly feed design decisions, and translate user behaviour data into tangible UX improvements, bridging the gap between data and design.
Principal Responsibilities
Tagging & Data Collection
Design and maintain tagging plans across all platforms.
Implement and manage tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Ensure data quality and consistency through regular audits and QA processes.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate tag deployment.
Maintain compliance with GDPR requirements.
Analysis & Reporting
Configure and leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and complementary tools (Data Studio, Hotjar…).
Produce regular reports (weekly, monthly) for Product team.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track digital performance.
Analyse conversion funnels and identify friction points impacting user experience.
UX Optimisation & A/B Testing
Translate analytics data into concrete UX/UI improvement recommendations.
Contribute to the definition and monitoring of A/B tests (AB Tasty, VWO…).
Work closely with UX designers and product managers to prioritise improvements.
Participate in design reviews, bringing a data-driven perspective to the table.
Governance & Documentation
Document data collection processes, tagging plans, and measurement methodologies.
Train and raise awareness among internal teams on analytics best practices.
Ensure GDPR compliance related to data collection (cookies, consent management).
Profile Type
A portfolio or track record demonstrating 2–5 years of experience in web analytics, ideally in a digital, e-commerce, cloud or SaaS environment.
Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Proven experience creating and managing multi-platform tagging plans.
Proficiency with data visualisation tools: Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with behavioural analytics tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare, FullStory…).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for tag debugging.
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of GDPR requirements.
Analytical mindset with a strong attention to data quality and rigour.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable working in Agile methodology.
Good level of English (working language) + French (minimum B2 level).
Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, UX, or a related field.
