EMEA Sales Enablement Program Manager

 

This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, communication, and engagement. You will ensure that Sales teams and Sales Leaders receive clear, impactful messaging and have access to the right content, tools, and insights to drive performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Communication & Enablement

  • Plan and deliver clear, consistent communication aligned with sales priorities and initiatives

  • Translate strategy into actionable, field-relevant messaging

  • Support leadership events with concise, business-focused content

  • Ensure alignment and continuity of key messages across the sales organization

 

Sales Content & Platforms

  • Manage and optimize internal platforms to provide easy access to sales content and resources

  • Coordinate stakeholders to develop high-quality, relevant enablement materials

  • Ensure content is structured, up to date, and aligned with business priorities

  • Continuously improve user experience and content accessibility

 

Engagement & Performance Insights

  • Track usage and engagement of sales content and communications

  • Analyze feedback, participation, and adoption of enablement initiatives

  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership

 

Onboarding & Capability Building

  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of sales teams

  • Design engaging learning content and sessions

  • Ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and messaging to perform effectively

 

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales enablement, communication, or program management

  • Experience supporting senior leadership communication

  • Strong ability to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable messaging

  • Solid understanding of IT channel sales environments and commercial priorities

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into practical tools and content for sales teams

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Experience with enablement platforms and/or content management tools
