What You’ll Be Doing
All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values.
▪ Resolve and perform root causes analysis for delivery discrepancies, customer and supplier credits.
▪ Manage quality issues related to deliveries and/or parts and manage relevant communication internally and externally.
▪ Manage both customer and suppliers returns and manage relevant communication internally and externally.
▪ Manage Scrapping request
▪ Develop and maintain relationships with customers/suppliers and participate to meetings with customer/suppliers.
▪ Manage Quality block for defective inventory
▪ Manage and assist transportation claim with warehouse and sales team
▪ Support EPR system development test
▪ Cooperative with operation process enhancement
▪ Work with Global ASQ team to meet internal Service Level agreement to satisfy service requirement from customers.

What We Are Looking For
▪ Has a strong analytical mindset, a natural curiosity and is not afraid of data and complicated systems, with ability to separate the trivial from the critical.
▪ Great problem solver to ensure issues are addressed short term as well as long term to improve service levels.
▪ Is capable and ready to initiate and drive change and improvements in systems, processes and the organizations.
▪ Has experience working in ERP systems (Oracle would be and advantage) and preferably has experience of demand/forecast/material planning in a commodity/fast paced environment.
▪ Knows how to achieve results through influencing others and understands the challenges of cross functional working.
▪ Is highly organised and methodical and can cope with both predictable routines and ad-hoc activities.
▪ Preferably experience in monitoring the customer or supplier quality claims
▪ English mandatory both verbal and written.
▪ MS excel proficiency
