About the Role
In this role, you support the Microsoft / Cloud Inside Sales team both operationally and administratively with a focus on the ArrowSphere platform. The objective is to manage processes efficiently, provide optimal partner support, and ensure smooth operations.
Your Responsibilities
• Review and validation of ArrowSphere orders (multi-vendor)
• Error analysis, ticket creation, and coordination with account management
• Validation of bill feeds and invoicing data
• Proactive management of vendor renewals
• Partner support (ArrowSphere, invoices, credit notes)
• Escalation management
• Independent work in the Microsoft Partner Center portal to manage partner and customer information
• Close collaboration with Inside Sales and Operations teams
• Salesforce queue management
• Microsoft tenant transfer monitoring
• Management of ArrowSphere user registrations
Your Profile
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or IT business in general
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Fluent English & German speaking
