Arrow is looking for a Microsoft Partner Success Manager to join our Microsoft team in Italy.
In this role, you will act as a key contact for Microsoft partners, supporting their development and helping them grow their business through Arrow. You will combine partner relationship management, commercial support, and business development, while working closely with internal teams and Microsoft-related programs.
The role is open to candidates with different levels of experience. For more experienced profiles, the position may include a stronger focus on acquiring new partners and developing new business opportunities.

Annual Hiring Range
On Target Earnings (Base Pay + Target Variable Pay)
34,000.00 to 55,366.49 EUR
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay mix between base salary and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer stage.
