Arrow is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Buyer to join our team in Guadalajara. You will be responsible for supporting new supplier lines, ensuring the correct maintenance of purchase orders on system.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fulfill purchase orders and manage backlog.

• Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.

• Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes.

• Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog. Expedite backlog.

• Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner.

What We Are Looking For:

• Requires a 4-year degree and 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or order administration.

• Oracle experience preferred

• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)

• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, listening)

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19,991.67 - $22,450.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
