About the Role

Arrow ECS is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Program Manager to join the Global GTM Programs team. This entry-level role is ideal for an early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, and can coordinate multiple stakeholders across regions. The Program Manager will support global go-to-market programs by maintaining SharePoint sites, managing documentation, tracking milestones, supporting internal communications, and helping project manage the launch of internal sales enablement tooling, including Highspot-related enablement workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Coordinate activities across multiple Global GTM Programs initiatives and workstreams.

  • Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action trackers.

  • Follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Support recurring program cadences, meeting preparation, status reporting, and executive updates.

  • Help organize project launch plans, readiness reviews, and post-launch follow-up activities.

SharePoint & Documentation Management

  • Maintain and update Global GTM Programs SharePoint sites and related internal landing pages.

  • Ensure program documentation, presentations, meeting notes, trackers, and enablement assets are current, easy to find, and well organized.

  • Support document governance, version control, naming conventions, and content hygiene.

  • Create and maintain project repositories, dashboards, and milestone tracking views.

Sales Enablement Tooling & Launch Support

  • Support the internal rollout of sales enablement tooling and related launch activities.

  • Coordinate content migration, stakeholder readiness, user communications, testing support, and adoption tracking.

  • Partner with GTM, Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure launch milestones are met.

  • Help maintain enablement content repositories so sellers can quickly access approved GTM assets and guidance.

Internal Communications & Change Management

  • Support internal communication landing pages, program announcements, launch updates, and stakeholder communications.

  • Prepare meeting materials, status updates, leadership summaries, and follow-up notes.

  • Capture decisions, action items, blockers, and next steps from cross-functional meetings.

  • Help ensure teams understand what is changing, what actions are required, and when deliverables are due.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Operate effectively across North America and EMEA time zones.

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders while keeping workstreams moving quickly.

  • Escalate risks, delays, and missing inputs in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build trusted working relationships while holding teams accountable to agreed deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, pages, and content repositories.

  • Familiarity with Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms is a plus.

  • Experience supporting tool launches, internal communications, or change management activities.

  • Exposure to sales, channel, partner, or go-to-market organizations.

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America and EMEA.
