Job Description:

The Infrastructure Engineer under moderate supervision is responsible for implementing and supporting the infrastructure. This involves analyzing, configuring, and implementing the infrastructure. This may also involve controlling the performance and status of the infrastructure. This role will also support, maintain and optimize the infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure.

  • Provide direct operational user support in a GCC High environment.

  • Manage support ticket queue for assigned technologies.

  • Centrally administer and monitor configuration for all M365 services, including Intune/Endpoint Manager and Windows 365.

  • Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive support.

  • Troubleshoot Conditional Access and MFA issues while coordinating resolution efforts.

  • ServiceNow ticket queue ownership.  Change control and evidence documentation.  Ownership of Change task tickets and their implementation.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes and procedures.

  • Work closely with security functions to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Support of corporate security standards for devices (Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune) and AD account security with Azure Conditional Access/MFA.

  • Participate in the process of planning, engineering, and designing solutions.

  • Participate in software and application life cycle management.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, evaluate current and emerging technologies; recommend solutions and best practices to leadership.

  • Assist with efforts to implement the infrastructure by analyzing the current system environment and infrastructure, using technical tools and utilities, performing complex customization and developing implementation and verification procedures to ensure successful installation of systems hardware/software.

  • Analyze, configure, and implement infrastructure technologies, including new device builds, custom applications, and maintain standard configuration requirements.

  • Perform routine infrastructure analysis, and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels.

  • Working with Vendors for troubleshooting and RCA.

  • Provide timely support to end users and help resolve operational issues.

  • Monitor infrastructure performance, status, and overall service health.  Manage escalations when needed.

  • Maintain and optimize infrastructure to support reliable operations.

  • Environment operations, secure collaboration, endpoint governance, access controls.

  • Support audit readiness, and compliance-driven support.

  • Ensure endpoint compliance via monthly operational metric reporting.  Implement appropriate remediations for non-compliant devices.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-5 years experience centrally administering and monitoring configurations for all M365 services, including Intune/Endpoint Manager and Windows 365. 

  • Experience with scripting, including PowerShell, for troubleshooting, reporting, and Intune packaging.

  • Experience administering SharePoint and OneDrive.

  • Experience with Conditional Access and MFA configuration and troubleshooting.

  • Microsoft certifications in the above technologies are a plus.

  • Experience supporting a GCC High environment a plus.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$80,100.00 - $110,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
