Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Cluj Napoca.

As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inquiries and orders, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to delivery.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to work with technical product information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide quotations to customers

• Manage and follow up on customer orders and delivery timelines

• Support field sales and purchasing teams with accurate and timely information

• Maintain CRM and ERP systems with up-to-date customer and order data

• Build strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Track and manage stock availability and lead times

• Prepare reports and analyze sales data using Excel

• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Customer Service Orientation – Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide timely support.

• Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in processing quotes, orders, and managing inventory or delivery timelines.

• Team Player – Ability to collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, and field sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Languages – Fluent in English (both written and spoken);

• Initiative and Drive – Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and closing sales.

• Adaptability – Flexibility to work with changing customer demands, product ranges, and market conditions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering, etc.)
