This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

What You'll Do

                                                                                                                                    

  • Demand Creation & Design Wins: Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on customer designs and securing high-ROI engineering investments.
  • Technical Solution Selling: Leverage deep technical expertise, engineering resources, and solution-selling strategies to solve complex customer requirements.
  • Cross-Functional & Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales, internal departments, and suppliers across pre- and post-sales activities to deliver technical consulting and align design priorities.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across suppliers and customers, managing expectations and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning & Alignment: Participate in ongoing supplier technical training to stay current on emerging technologies and conduct joint research to support customer designs.

Who We’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related Engineering degree.
  • FPGA experience.
  • Experience using CRMs
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Sales experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home in San Jose, CA.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$91,900.00 - $182,000.01

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
