Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Senior SQA Engineer with 5+ years of software testing experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business processes while ensuring high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test cases.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Perform API, integration, data migration, and database validation testing.
• Validate Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and business process configurations.
• Log and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, release testing, UAT support, and production validation.
• Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software QA experience, including strong Salesforce testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, data validation, and integration testing.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
• Knowledge of Apex, triggers, Salesforce security, and deployment processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
