What You'll Be Doing                                                                                                  

  • Demand Creation: Maximize Arrow content on customer designs and securing high-ROI engineering investments.
  • Technical Solution Selling: Leverage deep technical expertise, engineering resources, and solution-selling strategies to solve complex customer requirements.
  • Cross-Functional & Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales, internal departments, and suppliers across pre- and post-sales activities to deliver technical consulting and align design priorities.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across customers and suppliers, managing expectations and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning & Alignment: Participate in ongoing supplier technical training to stay current on emerging technologies and conduct joint research to support customer designs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably as a hardware / firmware design engineer, sales engineer or application engineer.
  • FPGA/MPU/MCU/GPU/Networking/Embedded systems experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRMs and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 1 to 2 days in the office and 3 to 4 days visiting customers in greater Los Angeles area. First 4 weeks of employment will be in office every day for onboarding and training.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$91,900.00 - $176,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
