Position: Executive Assistant Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing Prepares, composes, and initiates presentation materials, reports, and correspondence. Manages executive calendars and arranges appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and related arrangements. Processes purchase orders/invoices through internal Oracle procurement system and monitors for completeness. Manages receipts for events, travel, etc. and creates accurate and timely expense reports. Organizes and coordinates in-person and virtual meeting arrangements, gathers topics and materials, creates agendas, and manages associated technology and related needs, including catering, Teams broadcasts, etc. Supports project-related needs, including meeting minutes/action items and follows up as needed.
