What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepares, composes, and initiates presentation materials, reports, and correspondence.
• Manages executive calendars and arranges appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and related arrangements.
• Processes purchase orders/invoices through internal Oracle procurement system and monitors for completeness.
• Manages receipts for events, travel, etc. and creates accurate and timely expense reports.
• Organizes and coordinates in-person and virtual meeting arrangements, gathers topics and materials, creates agendas, and manages associated technology and related needs, including catering, Teams broadcasts, etc.
• Supports project-related needs, including meeting minutes/action items and follows up as needed.
• Orders office supplies and maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation.

What Are We Looking For?

• At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
• Subject matter expert with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office technology
• Ability to learn, apply, and navigate through internal systems, technologies, processes and policies with speed and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service mentality
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organization skills with ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
