Description SAIC is seeking an Information Warfare (IW) and Special Access Program (SAP) Planner provides technical expertise across joint IO/IW planning and execution, with specific responsibility for integrating sensitive activities, SAP capabilities, and Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) considerations into operational planning and execution.
