Overview We are seeking a Mesh Hardware Engineering  Lead  to provide technical leadership for LMI's next generation of connected hardware platforms. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, guiding the architecture, development, integration, and delivery of mission-ready hardware solutions supporting Department of Defense modernization efforts.     As the technical lead for the Mesh engineering team, you will oversee the development of LMI's Mesh hardware platform, including asset tags, gateways, sensors, wearable devices, and edge computing systems. Overview We are actively  seeking  a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our innovative team in developing and deploying a real-time asset tracking solution for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, you will play a critical part in evolving and implementing a scalable platform that incorporates active RFID ( aRFID ) hardware, passive RFID ( pRFID ) hardware, mesh  and IoT devices, modern cloud computing environments, and high-impact software applications. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a bias for action and an ability to communicate well with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
