Description SAIC is seeking Test & Evaluation Lead in support of NAVWAR's Naval Operational Architecture (NOA) Program in San Diego, CA. The T&E Sys Engineer will need experience supporting shipboard Navy C4ISR systems. This role supports the verification, validation, and integration of complex combat and communications systems, requiring both hands-on hardware experience and strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Ideal candidates may have experience as a TAO, JICO, OPS Officer, or seasoned OS, ET, or IT. A background in Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) environments or operational kill chain integration is a strong plus. This is a recently awarded contract, funded for five years.
