Description: What You Will Be Doing As a key member of the Facilities and Plant Engineering (F&PE) organization, the selected candidate will be responsible for a large number of diverse Facilities Engineering projects. Description: Diagnoses malfunctions of all types of production equipment. Disassembles, repairs or replaces defective parts and makes exacting coordinated adjustments as necessary to overall machine efficiency. Installs or works with manufacturers' personnel in installing machine tools and equipment with a high degree of tolerance alignment and positioning accuracy. Disassembles, services, and re-assembles delicate mechanical and hydraulic functional mechanisms especially vital to machine operation where extreme care must be exercised to avoid damage or introduction of error into system through improper parts alignment and adjustment. Tears down, overhauls and rebuilds all types of industrial automated machines to restore to manufacturer's original specifications.
