Position: After Sales & Quality Specialist Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values. ▪ Resolve and perform root causes analysis for delivery discrepancies, customer and supplier credits. ▪ Manage quality issues related to deliveries and/or parts and manage relevant communication internally and externally. ▪ Manage both customer and suppliers returns and manage relevant communication internally and externally. ▪ Manage Scrapping request ▪ Develop and maintain relationships with customers/suppliers and participate to meetings with customer/suppliers. ▪ Manage Quality block for defective inventory ▪ Manage and assist transportation claim with warehouse and sales team ▪ Support EPR system development test ▪ Cooperative with operation process enhancement ▪ Work with Global ASQ team to meet internal Service Level agreement to satisfy service requirement from customers.
