Responsibilities: The National Security Agency's (NSA) Office of General Counsel (OGC) is seeking an exceptionally qualified and highly motivated candidate to serve in a leadership role as the Associate General Counsel (AGC) for Technology Law (TechLaw). The AGC/TechLaw will lead a team of attorneys who serve as legal experts in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and the next generation of technology at the NSA. The AGC/TechLaw will be among those responsible at the NSA for developing innovative legal solutions enabling NSA to conduct cutting edge AI activities, cybersecurity operations and engage in the pursuit of emerging technologies while ensuring that US person privacy and civil liberties are protected.
