Standard Job Description This Manufacturing Support Team Member will perform as a Processing Supervisor for Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Missile/Reentry Systems payload production, leading a team of represented employees. This position provides technical, safety and security oversight of payload processing activities as a Supervisor in the Limited Area Production & Storage Complex at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Qualify and maintain proficiency as Processing Supervisor and Nuclear Weapons Handling Supervisor. • Serve as the primary liaison between the production teams and production support groups to ensure production is prepared for new processes, upcoming inspections, events, etc. This includes coordination to ensure required tools, equipment, spares are available, and training is provided. • Equip new production personnel for successful completion of the qualification process....
