Position Summary
Odyssey is currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing Human Capital Management Team at our Wakefield office. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS tasks, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires agility, flexibility, and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. This is a full time role located at our corporate office in Wakefield, MA. Three days a week in office.

Duties include, but not limited to: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
