Description: You will be the Customer Service Rep for the Metrology team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely order fulfillment. What You Will Be Doing As the Customer Service Rep you will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing accurate pricing and delivery information, and acting as the liaison between customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Process customer orders via phone, email, and other channels. Generate quotes, delivery dates, and provide order status updates. Maintain accurate customer and order records in the database. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite orders and resolve issues.
