This role supports strategic readiness initiatives, program oversight, and assists in the development, tracking, and reporting of force management activities. The analyst works alongside senior managers to ensure reserve activations, allocations, and readiness assessments are efficiently managed, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness and agility in addressing operational requirements.
