Position: Junior Network & Security Engineer (24/7) Job Description: About the Role We are looking for a Junior Network & Security Engineer to join our growing Global Support Centre team. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers worldwide via phone and email, helping to troubleshoot networking and security issues while delivering excellent customer experience. What You Will Do As part of a 24/7 support environment, you will be responsible for logging, investigating and resolving incidents, managing vendor escalations, coordinating hardware replacements, and working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to drive issues through to resolution.
