Description: You will be the Industrial Engineer Sr. for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Archbald, PA. Our team is responsible for supporting operations across circuit‑card, cable & harness, electro‑mechanical, and fabrication manufacturing areas. What You Will Be Doing As an Industrial Engineering Sr. team member, you will be part of the Industrial Engineering team in Archbald. You may be supporting the Circuit Card, Assembly and/or Fabrication areas depending on the project or assignment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Using lean six sigma methods, data analytics, and simulation tools to optimize production processes, improve productivity and present recommendations to project teams and leadership. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop excellence plans to improve the execution of production work including capacity planning, span time reduction, defect reduction, on-time starts/finishes, etc....

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.   CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: : Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred, but must be obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
