Position Summary We are recruiting for a System Architect/Modernization Engineer at Peterson SFB, in Colorado Springs, CO supporting the Ground-Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program. The Ground-Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program modernizes the legacy radar systems associated with the five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWRs), the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS), Cobra Dane, and Eglin Radar which support Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and Space Domain Awareness missions. This modernization effort replaces outdated analog and hardware-only components with advanced digital, scalable solutions that leverage a government-owned, open-architecture approach.
