Responsibilities: Instructional Designers in the National Cryptologic University support mission organizations by designing learning events and programs that align with the work roles of employees, and mission goals. This is accomplished by assessing the customers-training needs, defining training goals, designing training objectives, developing training events, determining appropriate training delivery methods, and evaluating design or purchase options. Responsibilities of the Instructional Designer include: - Participating and/or conducting needs assessments for training and development. - Designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining training courses, interventions, or employee development programs. - Developing training curricula (e.g., content, learning objectives). - Evaluating training (e.g., courses, methods, materials, content, and assessments). - Selecting and/or implementing training technologies (e.g., Blackboard, learning management systems, emerging...
